Partnership with Lloyd Triestino (Italy) to form Lloyd Triestino (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Thereafter, Lloyd Triestino (Singapore) formed joint venture in China, Indonesia, Malaysia & Thailand. Acquired by Evergreen Marine Corporation in year 1998.
